YOU GIVE LIFE TO THE DEAD WITH GREAT MERCY

תחיית המתים, the Revival of the Dead, is going to be a time of great joy and ecstasy. It will be a time when we will be privy to witness the greatest mercy and compassion being bestowed upon the world by Hakadosh Baruch Hu. It will be a world where one will be able to view the countenance of Hashem, as Dovid Hamelech wrote, ” אשבעה בהקיץ תמונתך “, “Let me satiate myself, when I awake, with Your countenance” (Tehillim 17:15). The dead will not merely be woken in a physical sense, which is in itself a great blessing, rather they will open their eyes and behold the face of their loving Father looking down upon them with the deepest compassion and love – “ברחמים רבים”.
